During this module you have looked at some of the common phrases used in the law, such as ‘Data Controllers’ ‘Data Processors’ and ‘Data Subjects’. We moved onto what Personal Data was and how you can recognise personal data in you everyday observations. Part of the Personal Data make-up is Special Category data, which is health, sexual preference, religious beliefs, just to name a few. This type of data needs extra care and protection.
